We are able to offer a wide range of minor surgical operations, mainly delivered by GP Dr John Ingham who also has surgical training. These include removal of warts, moles, skin lesions and small lumps.
We are able to remove warts, verrucas and other minor skin lesions by liquid nitrogen therapy. Liquid nitrogen is usually used to freeze the tissues at the cellular level. The procedure is used often because of its efficacy and low rates of side effects. The Practice Nurse Lynne Bryan also does cryotherapy on some simple lesions.
